This is how this story of sea and adventure could begin. Imagine it while sipping our Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, which shines with its straw yellow color. The grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyards of the Asolo DOCG hills, are gently pressed. The careful fermentation of the must at a temperature of 16/18°C gives a delicate base wine, which is then pressed sparkling at a low temperature to preserve the precious aromas as much as possible. After several weeks of aging in the bottle, we can fully enjoy its delicate floral and citrus bouquet, its dry, fresh and spicy taste with harmonious fruit notes. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with delicate appetizers or in perfect combination with grilled seafood. Fanò is an extra brut Prosecco for lovers of spicy, dry sparkling wines, ideal for those who prefer a drier tone.
