Description

The new Grappa Mille Barricata from Punico Liquori is the oldest of the Mille line with its "Garibaldina" temperament. It is made in "Sicilia Marsala TP" and is obtained from the eco-distillation of the marc and its subsequent aging in oak barrels, first for 12 months and then for another 6 months in barriques. A closed, refined grappa with lingering aromas, allowing notes of cocoa butter and sweet vanilla to be discerned.

Suggestion for serving

Excellent after a meal, ideal complement to refined desserts. Serve at a temperature of 16/18 °C.
