Description

Ingredients

Type 00 wheat flour, chocolate chips (dark chocolate with at least 50% cocoa, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), butter, fresh egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast.
Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, skimmed milk powder, candied orange paste, invert sugar, sorbitol, honey, malt, salt, vanillin, flavorings.
May contain traces of nuts.
Glaze decoration: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
Information on allergens: flour, almonds, honey, eggs, milk.
