• Odour: Medium intense, excellent, vegetal, aromatic herbs, tomato, almond, artichoke.

• Flavor : Medium intense, structured, almond, tomato.

• Balanced, fine, complex and fragrant.

• In terms of quality, the oil is moderately slightly fruity with vegetal overtones, in the mouth there is a pleasant bitterness and finally a good sharpness emerges, the finish is complex and fragrant.

Goes well with fish, salad, legumes and game.
