Description

Langhe Dolcetto DOC cantina Salvano is a red wine from the Piedmont region. The grapes come from the area between Longa Monregalese and Carrucese. The vineyards are predominantly clayey with sandy parts. The grapes used to make this wine are selected and crushed, then placed in stainless steel tanks, macerated at a temperature of 27-30ºC and then transferred to steel tanks where it is aged for about 5 months and then bottled.
