Description

The Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Salvano is an Italian wine from the Piedmont region. The vineyards are located in the Langhe Albese area, between Diano d'Alba, Alba, Castagnito and Guarene. The grapes are harvested between September and October. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 29-31ºC; then the wine is placed in barriques, where it rests for a year.
