Description

The artichokes that Fattorie Umbre select and use for this refined pate' are Italian artichokes carefully selected and processed. They are blanched in vinegar to guarantee their unique flavor and then kept in hermetically sealed tins to ensure perfect conservation. Fattorie Umbre's artichoke pâté is made simply by processing this refined raw material in combination with extra virgin olive oil and a few other ingredients skilfully combined.
