Description

Roero Arneis DOCG is a white wine from the Piedmont region. The grapes from which it is made come from the Arneis vineyards in the Roero area around Alba. The harvest takes place in mid-September, the grapes are strictly hand-picked and carefully placed in the typical red crates before being sent to the cellar. The fermentation of the clarified must takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C; once fermentation is complete, the wine begins its refinement in a purely natural way.
