Description

Fattorie Umbre's basil sauce is simple and tasty, the ideal accompaniment to pasta. Made only with Italian tomatoes, basil and other simple ingredients. The first step is the preparation of a rich soffritto with carefully selected vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. The resulting mixture is quickly potted and pasteurized to ensure preservation without the addition of chemical preservatives.
