Rich and tasty, Fattorie Umbre's Bolognese sauce is the key ingredient in your pasta. Made only with Italian tomatoes, carefully selected beef, a rich blend of vegetables and other simple ingredients. A rich sauce is prepared using vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, to which the ground beef is then added. The resulting mixture is then quickly potted and pasteurized to ensure preservation without the addition of chemical preservatives.
