Description

Fattorie Umbre's Sicilian sauce is a reinterpretation of the traditional Pasta alla Norma, which has its origins in Sicily. It is a very tasty sauce made with Italian tomatoes, red peppers, aubergines, cheese and a mix of other ingredients, as tradition dictates. The resulting mixture is quickly potted and pasteurized to ensure preservation without the addition of chemical preservatives.
