Description

Simple and tasty, Fattorie Umbre's aubergine sauce is ideal with pasta. Made only with Italian tomatoes, carefully selected aubergines and other simple ingredients. A rich soffritto is prepared from the aubergines, garlic and other traditional ingredients. The resulting mixture is then quickly potted and pasteurized to ensure preservation without the addition of chemical preservatives.
