Taif Zibibbo Fina Terre Siciliane. The Muscat grape, especially the "Muscat of Alexandria" variety, is said to have originated in Egypt, was introduced to Sicily and given the name "Zibibbo", derived from the Arabic zabib "raisin". Historically, the Zibibbo was used to make sweet wines, but the grape is also ideal for making excellent dry white table wines, for example our Taif. The white wine "Taif Zibibbo" is one of the typical wines of the Fina winery. It is made from the white grape variety that has always been grown on the western tip of the island.
