Vino Liquoroso Zibibbo Terre Siciliane - Dessert wine - Sicily - Italy

Description

Alcohol content 16% vol., sugar content 130 g/l. Fortified wine made in the Marsala area from Zibibbo or Moscatellone grapes. Harvest time: late August/September. First fermentation in steel silos at controlled temperature. The fermentation is stopped by adding alcohol. Aging in bottle for at least two months. An excellent dessert wine that goes well with dry pastries. It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 10/12ºC as an aperitif and at 16/18ºC as a dessert.
