Fina's Viognier Vola Vola is made from a French white grape variety that was recently introduced to Sicily and has achieved excellent results there.
The Viognier grapes are harvested at the end of August. The vinification follows the traditional white wine method and concludes with a 6-month aging in the glass before release.
